Eid cut-off Delivery Dates
UK cut-off date would be order received before midday on the 29th of August. The European economy cut-off date would be the 24th of August and Express cut-off date would be the 25th of August. Due to the bank holiday on the 28th the following dates are for guaranteed delivery on the 31st.
UK Express Delivery (24 - 48 hours)
All UK orders are dispatched via an Express Delivery Service (UK Mail), charged at a flat rate of £3.99. *Orders above £100 will qualify for FREE Shipping.
Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be dispatched the same working day, for delivery within 24-48 working hours between 7am - 9pm. Kindly note, during busy periods and sales, orders placed before 12pm may be dispatched the following working day, for delivery within 24-48 working hours thereafter.
The above time frames exclude weekends and all public holidays.
INAYAH do not charge a premium for Express Delivery and all charges are subsidised to maintain a record of prompt and efficient delivery. For this reason, we do not offer a standard delivery option.
All items must be signed for. UK Mail will provide all UK customers with a one hour delivery window; this notification will be sent via text message (service only available to mobile phones). If the delivery date is not convenient, customers can reply to the text change it. If a delivery is missed, UK Mail will leave notification to the customer requesting that contact is made in order to re-arrange delivery.
*All International Orders (excluding Europe Express) above £200.00 GBP will qualify for FREE Shipping.
All international orders are dispatched using DHL (Europe Express - this service is only available to select countries in Europe, and International Express) or DPD (Europe Economy - this service is only available to select countries in Europe)**. DHL Express orders usually reach their destination in 1-2 working days*** after the parcel has been dispatched. Europe Economy orders usually reach their destination in 2-3 working days*** after the parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping to the rest of the world (all countries that have not been mentioned in Zones 1 - 4) is charged at a flat rate of £24.99
All orders to Russia may be processed via our online store. However, your order weight total must not exceed 2kg (1 x Dress is approximately 500 grams and 1 x Hijab is approximately 150 grams). If you wish for your order to exceed 2kg, please process separate orders with separate shipping costs - your shipments will be dispatched separately. If we find that your order's weight totals to more than 2kg, we may contact you to request further shipping fees. Your order(s) will be Shipped via Royal Mail due to DHL Courier Restrictions in Russia; we cannot accept responsibility for any damage/loss which occurs during transit. We are unable to specify a delivery date due to variations in the processing of parcels by Russian Customs.
Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.
We operate using the above courier options in order to ensure your orders remain safe and are delivered to you as quickly as possible. We will constantly strive to offer our customers to best overall experience and appreciate shipping rates can impact the online customer experience which is why we have already provided heavily reduced shipping rates. All orders may be tracked and must be signed for. At the checkout stage you may state whether you would like a specified neighbour to sign for your parcel if you are not available to do so (in the event of the customer not being present to accept the parcel; UK Mail (UK), DPD (Europe Economy for selected countries) and DHL (International) will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour with notification left to you as the recipient of such an action).
At checkout, you may request for the Courier Driver to call on a specified number before/at the time of delivery; please note, whilst such requests will be conveyed by INAYAH to the Courier, this service is not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for any calls not actioned by the driver. If you do not wish your parcel to be left with a neighbour, you must select this option at checkout; most couriers will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour in the event that no one is present at the delivery address provided. If you do not select this option at checkout, and a signature is obtained with proof of delivery, INAYAH cannot be held responsible for any claims of a parcel being lost.
The import duties or taxes are charged from your own customs office which you should pay when importing goods, this is not a payment to us, and all the taxes duties are buyer’s responsibility, we will not accept the responsibility for customs costs charged.
UK Failed Delivery Attempts
After receiving delivery confirmation for the selected method of delivery, INAYAH will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes. Parcels will only be held at the courier depot for 48 hours. If your package fails to be delivered without the arrangement of a re-delivery through direct contact with UK Mail (UK Express Delivery) the parcel is automatically returned to INAYAH with a charge applied to the customer. In such an event, INAYAH will refund the customer for the order contents minus the initial shipping fee which is used for the initial delivery service; a total deduction of £3.99. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed.
International Failed Delivery Attempts
After receiving delivery confirmation for the selected method of delivery, we will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes. Parcels will only be held at the courier depot for up to 5 days (timeframe will vary with each Country according to courier policies in any given country). If your package fails to be delivered without the arrangement of a re-delivery through direct contact with DHL (International Customers), DHL and INAYAH will make several attempts to contact the customer via telephone and email in order to try an arrange a suitable delivery time. If after 5 days, there has been no contact with the customer despite several attempts, DHL will make a further attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave another card to this effect with the responsibility of collecting the parcel being that of the customer. If delivery to a neighbour is not possible, the parcel will be returned to INAYAH with a charge applied by DHL. Any requests which follow for a further delivery attempt will be subject to a repeat delivery charge in full, in addition to the failed delivery charges which will be stated by DHL (charges will vary depending on the location and weight of the parcel concerned). An invoice will be sent to the customer in such circumstances and goods will be dispatched once all outstanding payments are complete.
We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.
We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to INAYAH.
We will not accept responsibility for the breakage/damage of any of our products that may occur during transit. INAYAH ensures that all products are packaged to safeguard protection during the delivery process.
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any of our items/parcels during transit due to a fault of a third party service provider (the courier). However, INAYAH will assist the customer in liaising with the relevant courier party, to investigate a reported loss and pursue the appropriate channels until the matter is resolved.
If a delivery attempt is deliberately rejected by the customer with refusal to sign for a parcel which was sent following a confirmed order, with the customer thereafter requesting a refund after the goods have already been sent, the initial shipping fees incurred by INAYAH and any courier charges incurred for returning the parcel to INAYAH will be deducted from the total refund value.
** For those classified as living in remote areas, a Royal Mail Service may be used and the delivery time will vary depending on your location. If you are classified by DHL as living in a remote area, a member of our team will contact you with further instructions and an estimated delivery date.
*** Some International shipments may take between 2-3 days (on rare occasions longer) depending upon the customs regulations and third party issues. We cannot be held responsible for any lengthy delays which occur due to customs regulations.
